Contains: Chamomile, Fennel, Mallow root, Lemon Balm, Peppermint, Vervain, European Angelica, Meadowsweet

 DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Use 5ml  (1 tsp) 3 times a day as needed. With ongoing symptoms use regularly for 6 weeks, then take a break for one week. Continue use as necessary. If you need more than 3 courses of treatment Dr Clare recommends you see a well-qualified herbalist locally.

Dr Clare’s Chamomile and Fennel Tea (formerly known as Digestive Tea), Slippery Elm and Mallow powder, Vitamin B-Complex.

A soluble high fibre in the diet e.g. oat-bran, Psyllium Husks when tolerated.

CAUTION

Herbal tinctures contain a small amount of alcohol as a preservative.

Wheeze is associated with pharmaceutical Aspirin, theoretically, this can occur with the salicylic acid in Meadowsweet.

Avoid in pregnancy and with breastfeeding.

 

A good laugh and a long sleep are the best cures in the doctor's book.
