With its penetrating, camphoraceous aroma and cooling sensation, eucalyptus is widely used in diffusion and inhalation blends. It combines well with pine, rosemary, peppermint, and citrus oils to create fresh, clearing blends.

Massage: Use 2–3 drops per 100ml of carrier oil
Steam inhalation: Add 1–2 drops to a bowl of hot water and inhale the vapours (eyes closed)
Diffusion: Ideal for short bursts in well-ventilated spaces

Always dilute appropriately and avoid use near the face of infants or young children. Perform a patch test before applying to skin.
