• Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup, or 3 teaspoons per day.

• Place in a teapot, large mug, or flask.

• Add boiling water (at least 1 pint if preparing a full daily dose).

• Allow to steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain.

• Drink throughout the day (hot or cold) for maximum benefit.
